Job Description (Summary)

We are looking for an Oracle HCM functional specialist for one or more of the following areas Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, HR Help Desk, Time & Labor, and/or Security. This position is responsible for providing excellence in functional configuration, business process expertise, problem solving, customer service, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical issues. The focus of this position is to provide functional knowledge to ultimately drive customer success.

The main role of the Oracle HCM Functional Specialist is to work on functional configurations, resolve operational issues (tier 3), help with mass updates in HCM problems and other typical tasks, for which the HRIS team is responsible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Buildout custom configurations and personalizations in Oracle HCM per Oracle recommended Standards.
• Gather and review requirements, propose and design solutions; create functional design and other required documents per the company's Standards and Processes.
• Production Support, SR creation and Follow-Up deliver onto ad-hoc requests in addition to the other special projects.
• Provide regular Status updates.
• Support Business continuity.
• Develop appropriate test scenarios and scripts as needed.
• Setups and Configurations as needed for Development and Support activities.
• Ability to work well with multiple priorities.
• Manage system enhancements and upgrades.
• Consistently informs themselves about latest Oracle enhancement
• Provides insights
• Troubleshoots production issues
• Works with technical developers to build-out the end-to-end process
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (QA, Business Analyst, Development, etc.) in an Agile/Scrum team environment.
• Complete documentation tasks independently as well as under direction from the product team and department manager
