Job Description: We are seeking a LEad Software Engineer specializing in Java and Spring frameworks. The successful candidate will develop and maintain Java-based applications, manage Gitlab CI/CD pipelines, handle AWS (EKS) deployments, perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and devise architectural designs for smaller features.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Java and Spring.
Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines via Gitlab.
Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems.
Conduct code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality and best practices.
Mentor junior engineers, fostering skills development and adherence to industry best practices.
Design technical specifications and develop smaller features independently.
Proactively monitor system health, identifying and addressing issues.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide critical support for production environments.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 7 years' experience in software development with Java and Spring.
In-depth experience with Gitlab for CI/CD pipeline management.
Practical knowledge of EKS, Redis, and container orchestration.
Strong understanding of data networking.
Demonstrated capability to diagnose and resolve complex issues across development, test, and production settings.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with proactive approach.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Expertise in Gitlab for version control.
Track record of mentoring team members and contributing to feature design.
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with Postgres databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with React for front-end development.
Background in healthcare technology.
Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
Certifications in Java, Kubernetes, or related technologies.
Experience with monitoring and analysis tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and SonarQube.
