Shift 3: Timings: 7.00 PM – 4.00 AM IST [Night Shift Role]

Job Description (Summary): The primary purpose of the Senior Program Manager role is to lead, oversee and ensure successful delivery and management of IT cost optimization initiatives.  This would include coordinating with IT Tower Leaders to maintain pipeline of opportunities, coordinate, and govern their execution of initiatives to realize the full potential value.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review savings initiative proposals or plans to determine feasibility, timeframe, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing projects.
• Identify and schedule program deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks for workstream, tower and initiative leaders.
• Provide leadership and motivation to program team members throughout the program life cycle and confer with leaders on outline of work plan.
• Act as a coach to staff, executives and others who need assistance and advice regarding program management and cost optimization practices.
• Implement a program communication plan.
• Conduct risk assessment and mitigation.
• Monitor program activities, ensuring the quality and integrity of information, while providing consistency in content and “look and feel” across the program.
• Ensure that program savings goals are achieved.
• Review status reports prepared by program, personnel, and modify schedules or plans as required.
• Establish standards and procedures for program initiative reporting and documentation.
• Benchmark program management performance continuously to identify the potential for improvements and increase capability in portfolio management.
