Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timing: 1.00 PM - 10.00 PM IST

Basic Purpose:

The ServiceNow Engineer will provide technical development and quality deployment of enhancements to the ServiceNow platform. Provide strategic insight for developing solutions for the implementation of additional ServiceNow modules for business growth and IT operating efficiencies. This position requires working with project leadership at times to determining technical business requirements, developing solutions, testing, and deploying product enhancements that are both configurable to the out of the box product and customized. Candidate will interact with internal technical and non-technical teams and must have outstanding technical capabilities in ServiceNow product development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively working with stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization.
  • Understand business requirements and implement technical requirements while working with standard design principles.
  • Engage with the Architect and Team Leads to produce high-level and /or detailed design of requirements.
  • Estimating development effort for requirements.
  • Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM)
  • Drive process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation.
  • Conduct code level and other systems quality assurance tests and procedures.
  • Resolve technical issues reported by internal HTAS teams who are looking for help to understand or troubleshoot unexpected behaviors or answer technical questions about the ServiceNow software and platform.
  • Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues.
