Job Description Summary:
- The Senior Automation Solutions Architect will define automation strategies and work closely with the automation office, the RPA teams, and other teams to help identify automation opportunities, recommend the appropriate automation tools and technologies, and help architect and design automation solutions.
- The Senior Automation Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of automation solutions for various business processes in Quest domain.
- They will leverage their expertise in RPA technologies, low-code/no-code platforms, and scripting languages to create efficient, scalable, and reliable automation workflows.
- They will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams at Client to understand the requirements, challenges, and opportunities for automation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical analysis and documentation of the current state and future state of business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Define and implement the automation architecture, design, and standards for solutions using RPA technologies, low-code/no-code platforms, and scripting languages to create efficient, scalable, and reliable automation workflows.
- Ensure the integration of automation solutions with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, databases, etc.
- Document automation architecture and processes using various methods including Solution Design Documents and other design methods.
- Research and evaluate new automation technologies and trends and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Provide continuous advice and best practices to RPA developers and Project Manager related to delivery approach and strategy.
- Facilitate team and client meetings and presentations.
